As you register to SKYFLD, you start from the free SKYFLD Pro trial with all premium features available. After the free trial, the free SKYFLD Basic Plan is automatically activated.

Only a farm owner can manage a subscription. Subscriptions are connected to the farms created by a farm owner. If you are a user invited to the farm, you don’t have to buy a subscription - your access depends on the plan the farm owner selected. |
How to upgrade to the SKYFLD Pro Plan?
You don’t have to wait until the end of your free trial to upgrade your subscription.
1. Log in and go to the account section. Click the icon.
2. Click Subscription & Billing and scroll down to see the price calculation.
3. At the bottom of the SKYFLD Pro Plan summary, you see the minimal price for your farms you can pay for the annual Pro subscription. The price is VAT exclusive.
It is calculated based on the size of your farms - you pay per hectare. If you plan to add more fields/farms, you can manually enter the higher value or move the slider and see how the price changes.
You can select the billing period - monthly or annual. Click the preferred option.
With the annual subscription, you pay the entire amount once - right after you add your card details. The subscription renews automatically after one year (unless you cancel).
With the monthly subscription, you are charged each month.
4. Once you set the hectare limit and select the billing period, click the Subscribe button.
5. The pop-up with your subscription summary appears. Click the Proceed To Checkout button.
6. Enter your billing address. Click Next to proceed.
7. Enter your payment details - card number with the expiration date and CVV. Click Next to see the purchase summary.
8. As the last step, you can review/edit your billing address and payment method, check the final price (with VAT), and finalise the subscription upgrade. Click the Pay & Subscribe button.
9. After the successful payment, close the pop-up. You will receive an e-mail with purchase confirmation.
10. Now, the SKYFLD Pro Plan is active. Scroll down to check the subscription summary and the next payment date.

How can I cancel the subscription?
In SKYFLD, canceling a subscription means switching from the SKYFLD Pro to the SKYFLD Basic Plan. The Basic Plan is free and does not require adding a payment method.
REMEMBER: If you downgrade to the SKYFLD Basic Plan, you will no longer see the scouting notes, tasks, and comments created by your team members. You will also have limited access to the maps and weather panel. If you subscribe to the SKYFLD Pro Plan again, you will regain access to all information and content created by your team members and to all other Pro features. Cancellation is possible until one day before the scheduled subscription renewal. |
1. Log in and go to the account section. Click the icon.
2. Click Subscription & Billing and scroll down till the end of the page.
3. Click Cancel subscription below the payment summary.
4. The pop-up opens with information about your current subscription cost and payment method. Click Cancel Subscription.
5. Next, you will see the subscription cancellation date. You will be able to use SKYFLD Pro features until the next scheduled payment. On that date, your account will automatically switch to the SKYFLD Basic Plan, and your account will not be charged.

Click Confirm Cancellation.
6. You can close the pop-up. At the bottom of the Subscription & Billing page, you will see the summary:
- Your subscription is not renewing automatically. Meaning you will not be charged.
- The SKYFLD Pro plan will turn to the SKYFLD Basic on: date. < on this day, you will lose access to the Pro features.
