Only a farm owner can manage a subscription. Subscriptions are connected to the farms created by a farm owner. If you are a user invited to the farm, you don’t have to buy a subscription - your access depends on the plan the farm owner selected. |
Understand the payment system
This section explains some terms that may help you understand our subscription system. If you have any questions concerning payments, feel free to reach out to our support team!
Free trial
As you register, you automatically start a free SKYFLD Pro trial. No credit card is required for registration! You have access to all Pro features.
The duration of the free trial may differ across regions.
After the free trial ends, your account automatically switches to the free SKYFLD Basic Plan. You can upgrade to the SKYFLD Pro Plan anytime.
Annual subscription
If you select an annual billing period, you will pay only once a year for your SKYFLD Pro Plan. As you upgrade from the SKYFLD Basic to the Pro, you will pay the entire yearly cost at once. You will see the next payment date (next year) in the Subscription & Billing tab.
Monthly subscription
If you select a monthly billing period, you will pay every month for your SKYFLD Pro Plan. You will see the next payment date (next month) in the Subscription & Billing tab.
Not renewing automatically
If you cancel your subscription, you will see the following information: “Your subscription is not renewing automatically.” It means that the cancellation was successful, and you will not be charged again for the SKYFLD Pro Plan. You can use all Pro features till the end of the billing cycle.
Prices are VAT exclusive
The prices you see in the Subscription & Billing tab are VAT exclusive. After you set the hectare limit and click upgrade, the pop-up for purchase finalization will appear. There you will see the price with VAT included. The VAT rate may vary for each region.
Paid in advance
If you select to be billed annually for your SKYFLD Pro subscription, you will see the note “Paid in advance” next to the total cost. It means you will pay for a whole year right away as you upgrade your account.
How can I change the payment method?
1. Log in and go to the account section. Click the icon.
2. Click Subscription & Billing to switch to the tab.
3. Click the Payment method button.
4. The pop-up opens, where you see your card type and the end of its number. Click Edit Payment method.
5. Enter the details of the card you want to use for the upcoming payment. Click Update.
You can close the pop-up. After the successful payment method update, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation.
How can I find and download an invoice?
1. Log in and go to the account section. Click the icon.
2. Click Subscription & Billing to switch to the tab.
3. Click the Invoice history button.
4. The pop-up opens where you can see the list of all your invoices. If you want to save an invoice on your computer, click Download.
How can I change the billing address?
If you change your billing address, it will appear on upcoming invoices. Already created invoices will not be updated. |

4. The pop-up opens where you can see your name and address. Click the icon to edit billing data.
5. Enter the details and click Update. Next, you can close the pop-up.
